where did you get the fans and shroud. been looking to run them on my ride.
The Shroud is from C&R Racing. Made to fit the radiator I purchased from them. The fans are Spal, 13inch Model# VA13-AP70/LL Curved blades. Summit used to have the fans, that is where I purchased them 4 years ago.

Wiped two good coats of Mothers on the old girl put her in the garage, Hooked up the battery tender and put in the Stabil. It hit 102° and won't cool off again until October. Time to crank up the AC and binge watch everything on Netflix...Welcome to summer in Hell, Err make that Phoenix.

LOL you are putting yours to sleep and we are just getting everything ready for the season !

Yesterday I changed the 4 body mounts in the trunk, today I did the 2 under the rad support. 3 of 4 bolts broke or were non existent in the trunk. The 2 in the rad support came out no problem. Not much fun trying to do this with 2 floor jacks in the parking lot.

Bummer. The rest of us have cars that hibernate for the winter....

And that's why the rest of us look forward to Spring...

It was a year and two weeks ago that Florian helped me pull the axle from the coupe. Before the local Zoning office gets involved, I decided it was time to finish the GN axle and get it installed...

Big moment, cutting the brake flanges off of a survivor GN axle...

Just finished bedliner floor in the interior after cleaning up a little surface rust, hoping the small water leak in the passenger area doesn't affect the bed liner from setting up right may have to redo a small section that seems to have a pocket behind it.

Replaced the liftgate/tailgate weatherstrip.

Since the preferred early 90s Caravans for a donor weatherstrip are no longer in the local yards, I went with a Chevy Venture van weatherstrip. ...which there were plenty of. That particular weatherstrip appeared to have the most "bulb" to compress, and I wasn't sure how much I needed since the original was hard as leather. It was long enough (took out about 10"), and had to trim the leg on the outer side of the pinchweld at the top of the opening, as the recess is shallower there than the rest of the opening.

Looks like it is going to work nicely as far as sealing the gate/glass, the Venture unit has (like most newer ones) an additional"flap" that lays over the interior trim panels (which I actually like). Little kink in the upper corners, not sure if this is going to be the answer for my car.

I had intended to buy the Caravan repro (OE is discontinued) after trying a salvage one to ensure I was going to be happy with the fitment, may still be a better solution. I priced some new OE tailgate weatherstrips (Navigator, Suburban/Tahoe, and some kind of Jeep) they were all around $120 list

Thought about trying this as well http://www.dannoenterprises.com/140XPage.htm

I did order some window run channel rubber from him, we'll see how that works out next week sometime.
