I walked by my Monte on the way out to the Mecum Denver auction. There was one single solitary G body, a blue 84 Monte SS which was a no sale at $3500.

Scored a new passenger door at Cantfield. Other than that, a wasted trip to Ohio.

I got a smoking deal on some rims and tires today. What I paid for two sets of rims and one set of new tires is what one set of rims go for normally. My wife and daughter went with me. My daughter is two. She walked up to the guys turbo t and spelled out B U I C K. All night she has said B U I C K , Buick car rour. I told my wife we need a turbo t now. She said what ever. When I got home I buffed the rims with tires and put them on my car to try out. Cleaned the other set of rims. The set with out tires are really nice. I probably will sell the set with tires if someone is looking for some.

Those look really good man! Whichever set you end up using, maybe get a monte style logo for the center cap.

Kids are hilarious as well. My 7 and 2 year old girls make vroom noises whether playing with barbie cars or their hot wheels! If they hear a car chugging they copy the sounds....proud dad moments 😀
