Haven't made much Monte progress lately, lots of out of town work, (Montana, Nebraska, Arizona) , and had to rebuild the transfer case and rebearing the OD unit on my 05 Dodge due to a nagging leak between the trans and transfer case. But today, dammit, I got back under the Monte and removed the body crossmember under the rear seat, a job I've been dreading. You, know what, it wasn't that bad, drilled out about all the spotwelds from inside, removed it, cleaned up the pan and hit it with some POR 15. Tomorrow the new one goes in, one step closer to the body back on the frame. Pics to follow tomorrow.

I started work today on sheet metal. I'm expecting new floor pans and rocker panels at the end of the month so I'll be reusing the seat brackets and floorboard braces, so I'm drilling these out prior to cutting the floor out for a replacement.
