What did you do to your G-Body today? [2011-2018]

Made a little clip of my car idling with my home made derpy exhaust mocked up. The 4' sections I ordered (was either 4' for 13.99 a pop from summit or 5' for 57 a pop) are like 3 inches too short. The pipes themselves seem to be too close together as well, but that's neither here nor there. It's straight piped right now with the m80 cherries still in place. I may need to purchase center in offset out mufflers to move the tail pipes outwards or finagle something with some more pipe. I like the way it sounds too much to change it. Adding an extra 8 feet of exhaust on either side did little to quiet it down, just seems to have moved the noise from under the floor (old setup, downpipes and M80 Cherry Bombs) to out back. Hopefully by the end of this weekend I'll have fully functioning full exhaust since the v6 exploded 4 years ago. I may add an H pipe to even out the tone from side to side as well. All said, I'm into this whole setup still well under 300 bucks. Less if you don't count the downpipes, which I would've needed regardless. I was tempted to go with a pypes kit, but I don't want an X pipe, or their catback kit, they don't sell the tail pipes themselves (that I'm aware of), and all the issues I've heard recently have kinda scared me off. Everywhere else I've looked was more expensive or had the monte ss style exhaust which I personally hate.

Wanted to clean up the clutter of hoses under the hood on my Turbo Buick & finally got around to installing my Vacuum Delete Kit from Don Cruz & at the same time installed my 65mm Hemco Plenum.

The El Camino got its drivetrain pulled, and the weeping head gasket is going to be fixed.

Unfortunately, the El Camino will not be getting anything put back in it. It has lived a good life and served me well for the last 15,000 miles, but the tinworm has taken its toll on the undercarriage. I will never get all the money that went into it back, but it has been worth it.

RIP

Moved mine under it's own power for the first time in two years. I replaced the frame and upgraded to RideTech suspension among many other things....

Beautiful car. Sounds awesome!
