Went to the "new" Sat night cruise spot and it super sucked.

They pick a parking lot with in a shopping center thats packed with store that are open till 10PM

Only one thing caught my eye.

After my dad used my carb to get his truck sorted out he returned it to me. I slapped it on this weekend and got the car back to being a runner/driver.

Checking my wheel cylinders looks like one is leaking and both axle seal/bearings are leaking weird question though when on jack stands and in park both axles will spin both ways and the drive shaft doesn’t move. But when in park on its wheels it doesn’t roll.

Is this because I have an open diff or is something wrong with the rear end the axles also make a very slight like click click click while spinning that speeds up with the axle.

Not too much, the motor blew. I checked it and it was really hot so I let it cool down while I checked a few things but it would not start again. I wasn't seized but I'm pretty sure it's fried. So now I'm looking for a motor to replace it and I think I found one so I'll have the compressor up and running again tomorrow so I can do what I needed to get done today....🙂

Canadians are cursed this year - we wait forever for Summer to start and then have our engines die once it finally shows up.

I've got a mid-70's "010" long-block 350 sitting here if you want it. I'd don't know if it is a 2 or 4 bolt.

Um Mike I think that is a little too much motor for an air compressor! The old guy put it in the wrong thread.
