Started (and finished) the rear seat brace I have been wanting to do.

Now I have to grab some 1/4-20 nuts to weld to it for a rear firewall.

Took my Caballero to the tire shop this morning. That first weekend that I started my heat only to AC conversion at the beginning of August, I noticed that nearly all of the shims were missing from the right upper control arm. That would explain why the steering had seemed loose again. So now that the dash is back in, and the car is drivable, the tire shop redid the alignment at no cost. The only thing we could figure was that it was improperly torqued the first time. I am looking forward to enjoying driving it again.

Yesterday... Got the Jegs exhaust installed. It was a little too short to reach the headers so we scabbed in a couple pieces of pipe.

I picked up a new tensioner pulley today and changed the squealing pulley on the GP. I kept the rpm under 8500 cause I was worried the pulley would seize up so with the new one now I can set the rev limiter at 10,000.....

Just a bit too long in the back! I may try to swap the split bench frame over, or make some new mounts

After replacing the plastic bushing with the steel ones I wasn't happy with how close the 1/2 rod was to the reverse arm I took it off & used the Dremel to round out that corner. Now I'm happy with it.
