Stabbed the new tank and sender in the coupe. All better. Now I get to crack open a QJ again.

I made the loudest balloon squeak known to mankind. I tried to charge my AC ( it's only been 90 for a month), and found a nice leak on the high side, going into the condenser. Everytime I put 134 on and the compressor ran, it deafened me.

I'll try not to inspire you to do work in the future...

Tried to avoid whacking it with the handle on the transmission jack and with the frame of the cherry picker as I moved transmissions around and generally fought the good fight with the demons and denizens of the mechanical underworld, or, in this case, the under my van world.

Still no word on when my door skin is supposed to make an appearance. This is beginning to look like a case of now having to skin the door and repair the old skin and then re-set it back in place. Two part panel bonder here we come.
