If only we could afford it. Upstate NY was really nice in July the one time I was up there.Same here, it usually melts the same day or the next day. When it sticks is when you get that rot. The south is HOT. The correct answer is more than one property.
I plan to get some for my car when I finish off the Tigerpa's. What size did you get? Any modifications to the wheel wells or springs? Nova's are very limited on how big a tire we can run. Finally got rid of some 10+ year old BFGs on the Nova. First time running these drag radials, boy do they stick on the road. The old tires would just roast no matter how hot you got them. Needless to say the old man is extremely happy with the amount of traction he has now.View attachment 185039
We are running a 235/60r15 on the rears right now. I honestly couldn't tell you the backspacing right now but they are a 7" wide wheel. Rear leafs are stock but we did the shock relocation kit to help clear the exhaust and the rear sway bar. As with any of these older cars the rear is not perfectly centered so we have been experiencing a slight rub on the right rear tire when there are two full grown men in the car lol. We just put some longer shackles in it to raise the rear up ever so slightly, now the top of the door sits perfectly level. We haven't tested the new shackles yet due to poor weather.I plan to get some for my car when I finish off the Tigerpa's. What size did you get? Any modifications to the wheel wells or springs? Tomorrow, time permitting, will be a beer and cider mini-fridge restock for the master bedroom as well. I'd bought an assortment from New England that you can't get down south. Thinking about it, it's also about that time for me to dig out and clean up the Christmas living room mini fridge. I usually stock that one with assorted Polish/Czech meats and egg nog for the season after Halloween.
A nice bonus to keeping the master bar in the bedroom is its a good place to store keys, pills, etc without any visitors messing with things. Keep a smaller selection of basics in the living room for guests.
I thought you sold that heap a couple months back. Owww now back to daydreaming of having the $$ to take it off your hands. Two large shipments of brakes came in late today.

Having a well lit garage with a lift and an air compressor sure would have been handy... a guy can dream.

In a normal year we would have Halloween/All Saints Day, then Thanksgiving, Wigilia/Christmas/Holy Szczepan, and New Years Eve/New Years Day before shutting down until spring. So when's the party and am I invited?
