You know I am a cheapskate. I am actually putting together a 390 right now for my 77 Highboy. If the interior panels are ok? I could use them.
cheapo lmc repops, cracked dashpad
tbh the only thing worth a damn on the truck is the transmission.
kinda.

So part of the work on the red Camaro was an annoying air leak on the front passenger side, also that side required more air to stay at height.

Houston, we have a problem!

These are RideTech shockwaves, the ones that mount using the stock shock location, note to self: make sure GM's bubble gum welds have been gone over if using these. Couple passes with the welder and it's never coming out again.

Before someone says that top one looks cold, there was a good size gap up where those pieces went together, laid the wire in like a prom night date.

Picked up one of these Milwaukee Packout boxes to keep my hitch ball, straps, bungees and tow rope in. Tired of them sliding all over the bed and I've been looking for a reason to buy one of these boxes.

If you're going to transport all those saws you need the right ride fo them.

Good enough for Ash, good enough for Joe.

For the life of me, I cannot find where he rattles off how many payments he has left on that thing after 30 years of ownership

Make myself some Tuna melts and had lunch out in my happy place. First real day off in a month... Feels good man.
Cranked some Motorhead and got to cleaning the tote of parts that came with my LQ4. When buddy swapped to his 6.2 he kept all the nice clean accessories and I got some off of his farm trucks. I wanted to get everything all cleaned up before I dig into the short block. The 317 Heads that came with it are spotless and appear to be freshly rebuilt.

I still honestly don't have a plan for this 6.0L yet. Not sure what it will eventually end up in the Regal or the 64 GMC. I do know I have another S10 entering my life in the next year or 2 with a lot of sentimental value. My grandma says she wants to drive until she's 80 and my grandpas little Xtreme would be the perfect suitor for this engine.

So would my 1500. It just so happens that I'm accepting donations. 😎

It also so happens I have a 2.9L Kenne Bell on the shelf I'm dying to put on something LS.
