How about this beauty for a real truck?

Ford ceased building trucks when they eliminated twin I-beams. We used to drive those everywhere, fields, curbs, street.

Oh no, it wasn't bad, it was shitty. As in actual sh*t. Did you see post 6643?
You have the mark of the beast here..

Or, take the same money and buy a pair of frame off restored zero mile since build square body trucks that can do actual truck things, and last longer doing them.
I traded in my 2015 Silverado on a Diesel Gladiator because 6,250 pounds towing capacity is good enough for my needs and being able to pull the top and doors off at will can make any task more fun. Sometimes there is more to a vehicle than bed size and tow capacity.

As for a square body, if you got the best drive train combo possible you would still only be able to tow 6,000 pounds while getting a whopping 6-10 mpg.

I was pulling right at my tow limit all the way from Colorado to Illinois with the thing and it didn't even feel like it was working hard. All while getting 20 mpg on the trip.

Don't let nostalgia cloud the fact that new trucks are objectively a lot more capable than 40+ year old trucks.
