Hey guys. I'm told I should have given you an update because I haven't sense October when I first got sick but this isn't about my health. Lexi's Camaro got done by me at the shop between my hospital stays (No I'm not going into that I don't have the answers and this is my place to not talk about that) Just know I'm not dead yet. Lexi is now driving her Camaro and she's moved out of the house. It still won't pass inspection the check engine light is on again. Still says mass air flow sensor but I put 3 new and 1 used GM one in it same sh*t. They can't all be bad. But it runs good and she has moved on with her life in fact I've only seen her once sense she moved out. The truck well the truck. In hine sight I should have pulled that motor and re-ringed it. $250,000 MI and 34 lbs of boost have taken there toll on the rings. Bad blow by but whatever. The bigger problem now is it has mad fuel pressure on the returns and blew one off an injector so I ordered new returns and O-rings they were supposed to come Friday but I nope! Well at least I can own guns again. If new jersey approves. Who am I kidding I don't even have time for the paperwork
Check the wiring at the connector for the MAF, I've seen it basically break at the pins.

Three wires:

Pink -12v Key on
Black - ground
Yellow - signal to PCM

Hose the walls down with some Javax or Chlorox Bleach to kill off the creepies and the crawlies, buy a six-pack of sealant and redo the seams, make sure the floor isn't rotten and can support your ride an in it goes. Maybe add a roof vent to keep air moving so the dreaded upholstery "FUG" doesn't get a grip.

This Sunday gets to be an actual day of rest. Shot the clear coat on the rim on Friday and Saturday; one day for each side to do the taping and masking and then pull the shot. Now it gets to dry and harden. Next three weeks are shift time so very little shop time as a consequence. By day's end I am beat to the point of needing a nap just to have enough energy to eat a meal. The work load is not all that intense, it is the driving and the constant need to be on the lookout for the cellphone squirrels.

I've got to go a little deeper than that on this one. The walls are broken off the floor and I ratchet strapped the wheel wells together and wielded some temporary braces in it to get it home. LoL it doesn't look as gough as it really is

My helper at the ready lol this morning she was at a modeling shoot this afternoon she's doing a timing chaine.
So far we installed a new electric tongue jack (found one on clearance) and I bought new metal roof vents because the original plastic ones were ripped off. That water coming in is part of their cause of the wall damage. All the plywood is in good shape surprisingly and the screws holding it in come right out no problem. I may pull all the plywood and blast the steel to make repairs a little easier but for the moment I just want to change the vents to stop the water from coming in. Before anyone asks it's a 2002 US Cargo
That seems to be the question most people have about it. I know nothing about them so I don't really care what it is as long as I can make it water tight.

Clutch good to see you’re still around

Even put a piece of stainless onto the outlet. I’m no longer the loudest in the neighborhood - mowing that is 😉

Found a taker for a patch panel truck cab, so, that's one that doesn't need to be cut up...

Speaking of being cut up. we've still got that one remaining g-body frame that I didn't get to cut up because it wouldn't fit in the trailer load. whatever day I feel up to it we're going to chop chop chop, unless someone can use it. Bare frame, just front suspension left. $125 u load and take it, or, if needed, MAYBE within a reasonable radius of savannah pre-paid we could deliver for about $0.80/mile ($0.40 cents each way) to cover fuel costs plus whatever the rental costs for a car carrier rental + damage waiver.

so, anyone wants a frame to backhalf, do some custom rear fab work, etc on its cheap, but, needs body mount repair to the point the rear rails may be easier to wholesale replace during heavy modifications. but its straight, hadnt been hit to any visible or prior owner knowledge, so, theres that.

Thought someone had already called dibs on that....................... Savanna, presumably in Georgia, is way too far for me to make the run or it would be an interesting exercise. i have a hard time with the logistics for making it to Wauseon in Ohio.
