Well, for my 67 Chevelle, body is blasted, frame as well and put into GM chassis satin black and its in the garage ready to start assembly

Started to patch the only hole in the floor.
Always seems no matter how I cut or measure the patch is always wonky.

I ended up just half cutting out the patch I made initially because I wasn't happy with it.

One thing that will really help is to replace that crappy battery charger clamp with a real welding ground clamp. A good ground helps to make the arc more stable.
