What did you do to your shop today?

It's the little things that make the difference. Nothing impacts productivity, creativity, and flow like disorganization. I fight that chaos all the time. Spending a few hours up front to save countless minutes down the line is time well spent.

Also, I am super happy to have my nuts back!
Did the ol ladies purse fall while you were working the shopping? Hahahaha

My mind went more to the scene in Eurotrip where all the old men are chasing the girl on the nude beach, but will never find a SFW version of it to be able to be posted. So will just have to settle for.....

Yesterday the electrician stuffed the breakers in and tested the circuits. We're good to go!

Today after 2-3 hours of shovelling snow drifts in -20+°C (plus windchill) weather and got frozen eyelashes (a rare occurrence) but at least it was sunny... I rolled all the equipment back into place. Plugged in the TIG and ran some practice beads as preparation for returning to work on the Monte.

Hopefully I can run the air lines tomorrow.

Did a quick tidy up of the garage and shop. Even went so far as starting to organize Natasha's toolbox - she has historically used it more for storage than tools. It made working on the snowblower annoying to say the least.

After I got through with the shop's once over, the air compressor was fully reassembled, and back up and running. I haven't felt that happy or sense of relief in a while... made me feel whole. I also put a pair of million foot long hoses in, replacing the one on a reel that gets hard as f*ck in the cold as my primary.

Finally found the last of my tools and supplies, and got them placed in accessible locations. I think I need labels on the cabinets. Emptied another couple of boxes, tossing some old files and crap I found along the way. Another good set of feels.

And lastly, I put a fresh smoke detector up.

This Is Fine GIF
