Bottom plate lifts make it a pia to run stuff like Jacks and the like under the car when trying to pull transmissions.

Wait, who is pulling a transmission laying on the floor when they have a lift? I am teasing - it is a combination of ceiling height and cost.

16,000lbs in a 4lb bag. Practicing for Winter storage. Natasha's Camaro will swap spots with the Monte when the snow flies - but at least they are all inside now and out of the weather. Next up add a lift and making it five inside.

Plenty of circulation space.

Thank God for the 12' wide garage doors.

Door trim is done, just need a little c*ck in the cracks. Picked up soffit and recessed LEDs last night.

Got my 4" hinges from Amazon and finished hanging the door in the garage. This door came with the house and has been kicking around for the last decade. This now encloses the "clean room" from the rest of the garage and allows us to turn the space into a small gym once the weather turns to crap.

Then we got to work decorating it - mostly so the wife and kids don't walk into the glass.
