What did you do to your shop today?

I bought a new welder.

I have been thinking about buying this welder for a couple years. This one came up for sale on Facebook. The guy bought it six months ago and never used or even set it up. He said he has not wired his shop yet and needed money for a upcoming back surgery. I ended up saving almost 500 bucks. So I drove a hour and picked it up. Now I need to finish wiring in my 220 plugins.

Got word my friend where my lathe is stored at is buying a bigger lathe for himself and needs room so I might have a lathe at my house in the coming weeks and need space.

Hauled the old 2+2 rear axle from my garage to my storage shed where I keep all my parts I don't need but can't motivate myself enough to sell. Back isn't overly happy but it's back there now!

I has space now.

Had a stack of stickers and a blank canvas, so I tatted up my compressor that doesn't run yet because I need to upgrade the electrical coming into the house. Too many things draining money right now though, ugh, adulting sucks sometimes! At least my compressor will be more powerful lol...

Cleaned up the last bit on the garage wall to make room for the lathe. I need to move the heater along with installing the new/used Nat gas cooktop for the kitchen the wife wanted,
but that's a job for another day.

Most room I've had in this side of the garage since I moved in.
