Paint and I’ll rarely have to look at it again!

Smear some seam sealer on it with a putty knife before you paint it haha.

If anyone ever gives you sheetz over the appearance of an upside down weld, then just remember - you’re in the presence of a douche bag!! If it doesn’t break, then to hell with them

After more than 2 months, I was able to drive my grocery getter!!

Happy with the result! Fans are controlled by electronic thermostat and I have a manual override switch in car. Running distilled water and water wetting. Fans move some air; cruised about 175*F and about 185*F sitting and idling.

How did you attach the AN fitting to the water pump.

I need to get a radiator funnel.

AN fitting on the rad, stock truck water pump on the other.

Radiator funnel is the best!
