This a question i been wanting to ask the trunk sticker with WE2 to show its a original GN I seen a clone with that sticker is it possible to copy the sticker and get it or is it not allowed?

Might I offer a compromise on the trim?
Bumpers you can take apart on your own, no need for a body shop. So pull the rubber pads off, plastidip it, then put it back together. Saves money and very reversible should you later choose.
Headlight bezels and grille buy a cheap set with flaking chrome, scuff, and paint. Nice chrome parts are getting harder to find and not economical to replate.
For wheels don't bother with aftermarket or repop. Find pontiac firebird gta 16x8 front wheels, repaint the mesh, then polish the lips. Factory made them in black, grey, and gold. It's cheaper that way.

I'm sure somebody makes that decal, I don't usually worry about what the codes say since parts are easily swapped across the G body platform. It's all how authentic you want it to look.
Hey thank you for your time to respond i really think doinf the trims myself is a great idea hopefully i can do it without messing up and as for the headlight bezels also i eant to save as much cash as i can and for rims i also heard from others to get the pontiac firebirds as they pretty much are the gnx rims correct?
Are you trying to make your Regal just look like a GN from the exterior or are you going to attempt a true clone which would require a full interior and drivetrain swap and then some?
Well i am planning on a all out clone but yes im starting with exterior then working to inside and under the hood im still young so making money is a little hard but i am getting it done my plan is in fact to have an identical clone i want it all done right!
Your best bet would be look for a beat up GN or T-type that runs and swap everything over, there are a lot of specific parts for the turbo Buicks and trying to piece this together it would probably be cheaper in the long run to save up for a real GN.
Be forewarned what you want to do is going to be an expensive undertaking and in the end it will still just be a clone
Your absolutely right it will cost a pretty penny, but the odds are im sure i dont be able to complete match my car peace for peace under the hood put exterior is my main priority, i have also had many tell me to leave my v6 in and put a turbo and intercooler in it, what do you think about this idea? Should i build off what i got now under the hood
You could also put a turbo and intercooler on a LS and have a lot more power,
