That’s how we always did them when pulled unit. I just never tried pulling them separate. I work on it in between jobs. Hopefully have it out by Friday.
Motor mounts might be on a pedestal, it will buy you some space (wiggle room).

I'm planning out my fuel system. For my plain stock engine, should a Corvette style filter regulator be fine? I am planning on using AN lines. Seems sensible to put ethanol resistant lines on.

I pretty sure this engine is return less at the fuel rail. So Corvette style regulator should work.

Once this is figured out I can install the tank and lines and get a little closer.

I'm running the vette filter/regulator. They work fine till you put a big pump on them. I have 255lph pump and it's at about 62-65psi when the regulator is supposed to be for 58psi. I have it with -6 AN lines.

Cool, thanks! It's what I thought, but nice to know someone else who did it.

I'm running a Wix corvette style filter regulator. Used hot rod fuel lines 6an. It's ptfe stuff rated for just about everything. I have 340lph pump and I'm at exactly 58 psi.
Edit... unfortunately there are a lot of knock off filters out there that are junk. My opinion is make sure you get quality. Wix is my preference

This thing kicked my @ss for a week fvcking with it. Still not sure what the magic elixir was to make it work was.

Finally got my ecm and tcm programmed with HP tuners! At one point I thought I bricked it. I programmed it, then did a read and it took the changes.

Running and driving?

No. I've been slacking bad the past couple months because of hunting season and work.

I've got the fuel system to run. I have everything for it, I want to chassis paint the underside of the body at the tank. I must of skipped it the first time.

No interior in it right now. At least want the dash in with the column.

Getting the ecm done feels like a nice shot of motivation to push forward again.

It's raining here most the day and I'm going to spend the weekend in the garage.

I might just be high on chassis paint fumes, which is the return line on my tbi sender?

Is it the one that goes to the bottom of the sender or that white thing at the top?
