Look at the front passenger side above the large rib. You will see a plug that a 3/8 drive ratchet will fit into(may want to use a short extension), that is the fill plug. Add until it's level with the hole, or until it starts running back out lol. It will take about 2 qts of gear oil and one tube of limited slip additive if you have a posi rear.
On the Diff casing then? I was looking at the top of the casing....

it's on the side of the casing to let you know when it has the right amount of oil. It's full when is the oil is at the level where it starts to dribble out

Lol, ya I guess it woulda helped if I didn't leave that part out huh?. Like pontiagp said it's on the side of the cast center section.

Once I finally went back out to the garage, I found it right away.....Right in front of my face, Duh Mikey! Thanks.... Still happy as hell I was able to drill out those bolts easily. Need to find out what the backing plate/wheel cylinder set that was posted previously is gonna cost me...... I know just a regular backing plate and wheel cylinder would cost just shy of 30, so I'm guessing the other set will be a little more.... Knowing I don't have to mess with rear will make it worth it..........

Yup - I wimped out....... :wtf:

Uuuuuugh! Called Napa, They don't carry that part anymore and haven't found it YET at their competitors websites.... :wtf:

Welp, may be ganking the axle shaft after all........ Damnit! The drama continues......

Wow, ya it looks like they are going obsolete. There are some still available though. I can get them in at the store I work at, but it would take a few days.

its kinda too bad, those 2 piece backing plates are worth the extra money cuz you save the money on gear oil and time

if the oil is good it can be used again but changing it to synthetic saves a few hp..and while the axles are out the axle seals, which are probably the originals, can be replaced
