guy at work has a nice grey monte, but he had grey interior with maroon buckets. i traded him my grey buckets, so now i have 6/10 shape maroon buckets.

Since I like pain and suffering I decided to buy in on an event in Dec.
I signed up for the roll race class. Ideally I would love to have the 6.0 short block and 4l80 in it by then but that might be pushing it. Main things I need to do is put a dash back in it along with the new fuel tank. I would also love to find some 15s to put decent tire on it.

Today I went to my local Oil City Dino, they installed the new Eldelbrock 600 CFM Carburetor I bought from Parts Geek. Now she purrs like a kitten. Not sure what was going on with the Edlebrock 650 CFM I bought from JEGS when I had the engine installed, but something about the Choke and fuel was off. I now have a prime example of a Carburetor to tear into and see how it works maybe I may figure out what happened.

nos ac delco oil filters for funzies and science. wix as of late doesnt like to keep oil in the filter despite having an anti drainback valve.

Ordered the tank and also went ahead and order a reman steering box. Mine had been leaking for some time, I was hesitant on ordering one because I wanted a quick ratio one. I ordered a Cardone 27-6550. Seems like some people have luck with those actually being quick ratio boxes.
