Took the 305 back to the builder today so he can fix it.

Got the core support, radiator, fans and trans cooler back on the car today. Also flushed the cooler and lines. Need to mount the new overflow can and tie up a couple loose ends and ill fire it up.

Painted hood, trunk, doors and mirrors.

Tried to set my valves and failed. Just gonna sell the piece of sh*t since I can't do it and no one else seems to want to touch the ****ing thing.

here's a fool proof way of setting them, use a .015 feeler gauge and set the valve till the feeler gauge can be slid inbetween the valve stem and rocker without much pressure . Then turn the nut another 3/4 turn and it's set..

at tds adjust Intake valves 1,5,7,2 & exhaust valves 1,3,4,8 then rotate engine 360* and adjust Intake valves 3,4,6,8 and exhaust valves 5,7,2,6.

or a longer but more accurate method of adjusting

the pully on the aternador was loose and off center, so i fixed that, and then i went 20 minutes away to pick up my late grandpas 55" flat screen to give to my friends parents. it fit in the bed, no problem.

Finally got the car back together! I took a short video of me starting it but I don't have the right MAF connector so I had to leave it unplugged. It died about 5 seconds after starting it up.
