What are you using to add fuel and take out timing, if you are at all? I am going to go through this this summer.

Im using a solenoid to add fuel and my msd box will retard the timing when the solenoids are activated.
Btw im distributor-less you could just retard your overall timing. 2° less for every 50 Shot. Average...

Just get an msd box with a step retard and youll be fine.

Last sunday, i dropped my 80 Bu off at the guy to pull out the old, tired V6, and replace it with a fresh, brand new 76' 350. stock bore. one step up from a stock cam. (not sure of the lift, but will find out) going with a Quick Fuel 650 CFM, Taylor wires, a B&M "Z" or Star shifter. Fresh rebuilt TH350. i hope to have more pics and specs soon. here is a (sorry for the quality) pic if the engine.

here is a better pic of my new engine. also a pic of my car being tore down. yesterday, we pulled the tired old V6, and began to clean it up. there is another Dist that will be added. it is a Professional Products intake, Quick Fuel 650 cfm carb, and some other goodies. its all coming together, and was amazingly easy to pull considering that it was COMPLETELY stock, and absolutely nothing had been changed on the car in 33 years. it all came apart really easy. so easy, it was almost scary. more to follow.
