I wasn't happy with the lower rad hose I bought, so I bought another one. This is the common LS swap lower hose since the rad/water pump have a 1.5" fittings. I can't test it as I've partially disassembled the Cutty, but it should fit perfect! The funny part is it's intended for a 70ish Ford E series van.

it's funny how this stuff works out sometimes.the lower oe hose wouldn't fit the oversized replacement radiator,i found an upper hose from a 1999-2003 Ford truck with the 7.3 diesel fit the bill nicely.

You DO realize that for most people, these are not things that are done frequently. Plugs, yeah, but who needs access to the oil pump (except for shitty Buick- designed owners).

Annoying rocker adjustment...what, you think adjustable rockers are hard to deal with? Rather have to measure/buy pushrods every time head or block is decked or head gasket thickness changes?

I get the whole dare to be different mindset, but why the hate for what millions of people and racers have been very successful with?
Because I made you waste 3 minutes typing this. :p

I understand you want a Buick in the Buick, just like I want an Olds in my Olds.

But you are young, right now its about a reliable ride you can drive so you can make the $$$$ and then have fun.

In that order!!!
Everyone always says you gotta work then have fun... Ive always done it the other way around.
