What are you using on that poor header?!?!?!?! Straight up hammer?
Haha, actually using a torch to heat it up, then holding the round side of a ball pain on the tube and hitting with a 4lb sledge. It won't be visible much once installed.
Any suggestions? I don't have a press, vise, etc so I'm trying to make do with what I've got.

Use a pipe or socket. Hit them with the sledge. You will get a nice indent that looks almost factory.

Bwahahaaaaaa standing right next to her as I read that...she just rolled her eyes lmao!
Scott, I used a body man's Dolly when I had to massage the exhaust pipe to clear the power steering ram on Dad's Galaxie. I didn't have to use any heat. It was hard work but it turned out relatively clean. A dolly has some mass, so it will move some metal. No need for a hammer. I used the two dollies on the right side of the this picture......

I rerouted the Fast wiring so all the plugs will reach now. I modified my throttle bracket which was set up for the quadrajet but the base on Fast throttle body wouldn't work with the way it was, I just fabricated a stud to screw into the intake and welded an extra section on to the bracket so it lines up nice and stays in place. I got the Mcleod TOB installed on my transmission and put the GP up in the air so it's ready to drop the transmission which will be my spare WC....🙂
