Took the MC out for a ride late yesterday evening to the only local E85 gas station only to find it without functioning computers so I couldn’t fill up. Phoned home to be ready for road call with some fresh corn from the bone barrel.
The weather has been atrocious, over 10” of rain in the past 14 days. No drag strip test-n-tune for several weeks and the rain we are getting is like tropical rain forest monsoons daily. So last night, with 30+ hours of no rain (dry roads), I found a couple of open highway stretches to open it up.
All I can say is boost is addictive. Never hit 20lbs, but bounced over 110 twice - big tires on the back and skinnies on the front. Wow - when will the rain stop?
FWIW - not another car was in site during these hits in either direction (including the police)
