Water sealed the deck I built last summer

Saw this sex appeal machine on wheels at the lake.

Didn't know it was possible to get this much awesomeness in one photo.

F-85 with a stand up jet ski on the back.

It also has a roof rack so they can load dual kayaks up top.

Naw, it's just my way to refer to the coffee since it seems like our Canadian freinds seem to have a cult following for Tim Horton's.
Haha, yeah I was just being a smartass and knew what you were referring to

By the time I finished all of my piddly errands on Saturday, I didn't feel like working on either the Pinto or the Caballero. On Sunday, I forced myself to go out and get something done. The correct power steering pump for the Caballero arrived earlier in the week, and the weather was perfect for working out in the driveway, but Harbor Freight finally had the transmission jack I need for the Pinto, and I have a brand new water pump, and clutch kit for the Pinto too. So, I picked up the transmission jack before they sell out again, and decided I would work on the Pinto. I installed the clutch and pressure plate, the water pump, and new thermostat. I believe that I can drop the engine into the Pinto now, then ready the transmission for installation.
In the late afternoon/evening, I was exploring Pinto parts on RockAuto and found that I could get interior carpets and headliner! They should arrive middle to late September.

Cleaned out the mess in the Caprice, was going to put gas in it but at the prices it's at now? F u c k that!

Being 1300 miles from your tools makes it awfully difficult to troubleshoot. It wasn't the pump. I would have known that if ANYONE I knew here had a f'ing gauge. The damned air filter fell the f v c k apart and the MAF sucked in bugs, dirt, and a chunk of napkin.

And nobody in town has a simple cone filter in stock so I glued the old one back together, sprayed the MAF with cleaner, put it back together and it runs great again. I roughed in my boosted VE to get me 2-4 tenths off of commanded PE fueling and we're headed back to CO tomorrow. I'll deal with the VE again in CA in 2 weeks. For now, the knock sensor isn't so busy and fuelling at lower elevations is less wrong.

I'm delving into genuine Cub Cadet parts now. Ordered up a slew of them and basically rebuilding the deck and putting in new idler pulleys, new spindle bearings, new tension springs, belt, blades, brackets, nuts/bolts. 14 years in service and it's time. It's sad, even the bearings that came out of the spindle housing are chinesium. And the OEM replacements are too. At least they fit and function for a while. Not difficult as there wasn't much in the way of different RPOs to have to deal with. 🙂 Look out grass...I'm coming for you.

Friend got their G2, and surprisingly he’s a better driver than all my other ones with more “experience”.

So I let him use my Caprice, because I drove mans around for years, and my license being suspended.. Now I can pester him to drive me places. Proud to report he didn’t smash it up, and it handled very well on the highway and in town 😎

Replaced the stripped battery bolt 💯💯
I mean for 30 years it did well, so I really can’t say anything negative haha.
