Green, tan, purple, brown. All highs are purple, all lows are tan, all heater power wires are brown, and the random 4th wire is the PCM's heater control. Now to match that to an O2. . .

Thats on one of the fronts? I'll have to dig one of the factory ones out and see what colors are on it.

Pi**ed and Sh*t in bottles and used the house for a p*rn library?? Surprised at this point your demolition crews didn't find a couple of boxes of used condoms stored in the attic!! Maybe the guy was a regular contributor to the local sperm bank and they wanted fecal samples to make sure he wasn't a dope fiend or a junkie. Gotta make sure those genes are pure and undamaged before passing them on to some unsuspecting recipient....................


Had a dental appointment this AM plus it is drizzling rain out so took a rain day and relaxed, sort of. Sorted the stuff to go to the recycler pickup for Garbage day tomorrow, Found that mia stick of blue grade polish cake for the set of spokes, Popped the air cleaner for the furnace open and installed the new filter, Threw the new bush jacket I picked up at the big box auto store into the wash to get it ready for the fall. (BLEEEEEAH, I can the onset of SAD already) Still have a bunch of clothing to go to goodwill and a couple of totes of scrap to go the metal recyclers.

Yeah, at least the ones that came with the car. Denso should be OE I assume. The color scheme seems fairly universal per some google fu: black wire are the heater (this checks out as they shoot 6 ohms and no other pins have continuity to one another) blue is signal (high), white is ground (low). This order is a mirror image of how I pinned them, I'd marked the wire locations but relative to nothing and per Tosh's 50/50/90 rule I got it wrong the first time.

Yea, when I mentioned colors I was thinking harness side. Sensor side are them colors.

It looks like I did beat Clutch to get a truck on the road. Got it this morning, made the wife get over her fears of Pittsburgh parkway traffic.

I did the self mandated K&N filter swap, removed a old man spot mirror that was in a bad spot on the passenger side mirror, setup the XM & blue tooth on the new truck.
