I don't know who did your paint and body, but from the pictures it looks straight as a damn arrow. That's a great color too.
My brother n law Brian, and a family friend did all the welding to swap the rockers, quarters and roof skin. We filled the antenna hole and the hood ornament area on the header panel.I don't know who did your paint and body, but from the pictures it looks straight as a damn arrow. That's a great color too.
Haha, that's for sure Mike! It's just this is the nicest paintjob this car has had, or any that I've owned. I've already accepted the fact it will get scratches/dings over time, but I will likely cringe the first time lol!Don't sweat the little things, if it is too perfect you'll never use it. Congrats on the milestone - enjoy the remaining process.
You'll find it eventually man, I have no doubts.I know I'm not going to let the right-front fender molding keep me from building the wagon. Still holding out hope.
Forgot to post the pic. My car was a factory hardtop that some nitwit had a dealer install the vinyl. It's back to hardtop status and it doesn't look as if the roof skin was swapped.....I don't know who did your paint and body, but from the pictures it looks straight as a damn arrow. That's a great color too.
Thanks Opie! It still hasn't fully sunk in that it's been painted. I keep looking at the pics I took, and it just doesn't seem real! The Cutlass is looking great and it's cool that you finally have it back in your possession. Every time I look at the pics I notice that it reflects like a mirror. So shiny! Lol. I'm looking forward to seeing it with the lights and trim installed. It's gonna be sweet.
