Jared, I love family related car threads. I hope this is not a wierd request but I'd like to see a pic of everyone, including your Dad, that's working on the Ford. Kinda puts a human touch on the mechanical mayhem.
Not a weird request. I don't seem to have a pic of the three of us together on this machine. Here's a pic of (left to right) my dad (Dwain), me in the middle and my best friend Sam on the right. Dad and Sam look exactly the same. I look a little different. I wear my hair and beard longer and I probably weigh 35-40 pounds less after my major medical event last year (the bright side of it). My brother's Camaro was built in that garage behind us.Jared, I love family related car threads. Time for a refill! We have a kegerator in our kitchen.great pictures...🙂
but what's with the empty glasses in the 1st picture?
Thanks Steve. We are not fabricating the pieces. We are cutting our patches out of larger repair panels/quarter skins.nice work...what do you guys use to form the metal. That's a tricky curve for the wheel opening
Thanks David. My brother Sean is the cutter. He has terrific hand/eye coordination and a steady hand. He lays out that blue tape as a guide and follows it. We are cutting with a Dremel. It's coming along real good it looks like. Don't know who the cutter is, but he cuts straight. Steady hands. Looking good though!!!
