Jared, I love family related car threads. I hope this is not a wierd request but I'd like to see a pic of everyone, including your Dad, that's working on the Ford. Kinda puts a human touch on the mechanical mayhem.

Not a weird request. I don't seem to have a pic of the three of us together on this machine. Here's a pic of (left to right) my dad (Dwain), me in the middle and my best friend Sam on the right. Dad and Sam look exactly the same. I look a little different. I wear my hair and beard longer and I probably weigh 35-40 pounds less after my major medical event last year (the bright side of it). My brother's Camaro was built in that garage behind us.

Here's a picture of my brother (Sean) on the left, Sam in the middle and me on the right. This was at the Baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremony for Craig Biggio in Cooperstown in the summer of 15. I was looking pretty prosperous compared to now.

great pictures...🙂

but what's with the empty glasses in the 1st picture?
Time for a refill! We have a kegerator in our kitchen.

Another good day on the Galaxie. We finshed up the welding on the front lower passenger quarter panel patch. We then cut out the area we will patch behind the wheel well. We also got a good bit of the way to getting the rear patch ready. We have some more trimming and fitting to do before we flange it and then final prep it and the car.

Jared,
Sam looks like he could be your brother. Thanks for sharing the family group pics with us.
Dad's car is coming along nicely. Before you know it, all the metal work will be done.

nice work...what do you guys use to form the metal. That's a tricky curve for the wheel opening
Thanks Steve. We are not fabricating the pieces. We are cutting our patches out of larger repair panels/quarter skins.

It's coming along real good it looks like. Don't know who the cutter is, but he cuts straight. Steady hands. Looking good though!!!
Thanks David. My brother Sean is the cutter. He has terrific hand/eye coordination and a steady hand. He lays out that blue tape as a guide and follows it. We are cutting with a Dremel.
