Seems to work sweet by hand. No binding and not too much play. I like this way netter than that bolt/nut that was on it....Think it will be sweet after I get that bracket from summit. Did I surprise you with the end result of the tire valve? Surprised myself even.....

Have you had someone sit in the car and press the pedal all the way down to the floor with you under the hood?

When the press the pedal down see if you can still move the throttle clockwise

Actually it's tight. No slack at all. May not even need that bracket from summit now......

I would love too......but its around 35 degrees...and raining. Plus I went to start it up and seen gas squirting out of the fuel filter 😂🤣..its a glass one..so tomorrow I will throw the metal one on. And see what happens..

Just make sure that the throttle cable end is not too tight on the carb, it has to pivot through the range of motion as you depress the gas pedal

It actually Seemed to work perfectly.....im quite surprised the tire valve idea worked 😂😂😂

I noticed the electric choke on the car isn't hooked up. There wasn't any wires going to it...is it worth hooking it up or leave it?
