Sorry. I've never heard of air shocks for the front. I've never heard of a gas charged shock being thought of as a hazardous product either.

Do you have any auto part stores in your area that sell new stuff? They only make air shocks for the back to raise the rear end for looks or for heavy hauling to level out the car for handling. Your 260 will never be fast, so just make it look nice and put dual exhaust on it that you can also use on any other oldsmobile engine you put in there later.

Is terrible, If I import a gas shocks , for example , usd100 the shipping price is USD400 plus 26% tax.....

Here in Chile , There are virtually no spare parts for olds, nothing, for chevy SBC has a lot......

Yes, but in Chile is impòssible to find a correct shocks for this cars....🙁

Well, the final desision, is :

Rocket 350 casting 3955582 , with comp cams rocket arm , 040 in main engine and 030 un crankshaft. with DUAL JET.
THM 375 transmission.

Someone use this transmission? (375), i would like to know the experience from other user...


I need to put a dual exhaust , but I can see how due the space that the car has...someone can help me with this?

Too bad it doesn't have the Quadrajet but it will still be an improvement. That is the good, solid main casting block. Does it have a stock camshaft or is it aftermarket? I cannot see the video. The 375 trans had an A and B model. One was a heavy duty TH350 and the other was a light duty TH400, either will be fine with a mild 350. The 400 version will require your drive shaft to be shortened. Your stock TH200(C) is just plain weak, good idea to dump it.

The engine have the stock camshaft, I don`t know if is the A or B TH 375 MODEL , but I think both option are good for this engine.
