Already have a Th350 huh? I'm suprised you didn't know that already lol, 200R4 is a 4 speed, Th350 is a 3 speed. Either way it works out for the better.

And landing a running, needs nothing, 70's 4 bolt main 350 for 200? is a flat out STEAL. You got lucky, you'll be VERY happy with the end result.

Yeah I never knew but they said it was I got a picture of it, so you all can look at it on the ground and everything.
But yeah i am happy I went through with this and looked on cl to find it.
Also went to the pull-a-part a couple days ago and found a hood emblem for only a dollar so I grabbed it, its not the best but its in pretty decent shape.

Thanks again and I know I will be very pleased with this.

Here's some pics for you all though http://s1114.photobucket.com/albums/k531/x2DUMBO4x/

UPDATE.

The engine is in and running.
A few questions, please answer.
My ignition/key will not turn back to lock it will not no matter how hard you try.
All these wires (in picture) are all over the place what can I do with these, their not pretty sitting inside with no homes or places to go.
Also I need exhaust done and does anyone know a cheap place where they give deals or not high prices.
Another thing, My shifter it says p,r,n,d,1 and 2 Okay here's the problem I am having when I put them in place their a thing above it, Example, R it will be in the middle of r and p if its in D it will be placed on N ect ect. Its like its off.

Either your linkage from the column to the trans isn't hooked up, or it's WAY out of adjustment.
Turn the collar of the steering column counter-clockwise where the shifter would be if it were a column shift.
The key will not turn fully back and release until the column is fully in the 'park' position.

Yeah, there's part of the steering columb that has a little metal clip on the backside, facing inwards toward the firewall, and the clip has a thin metal cable coming from it. Your shift linkage IS hooked up, otherwise you wouldn't be able to shift. The part of the steering column that the clip is on is able to be rotated, that will adjust where the pointer sits. Don't complain its actually a common problem, and allot better than a bad bearing in a 3.8 😛

Second, exhaust. Call around bud, it might not be cheap but at least you've got a car that deserves a good exhaust system.

third the wires, please take a picture of what you mean. I can help you with that, i need to see what you're talking about.

Also take a picture of the shift indicator. And i'll see what i can do to take some pictures of my parts and point out how to adjust it for you.

easy...the only problems you have now are minor compared to what you has a week ago and they are not really problems, a few adjustments and the exhaust need to be done...I don't think I know anyone who bought a running engine and transmission for $200 and had it installed for another $200...

Okay I will try messing around with it for a little while.

Okay I didn't want it to be something major, like having to take out the trans to adjust it right or something like that.
But I will go take pictures of the wires now.
I will also take a picture of the shifter.

Yeah very true, I get ahead of myself very easily.
I guess I will just take a few more pictures of exactly what's going on, also will take a video and mess around with it to try and fix these problems.

Congrats dude, you've had a lot of bad luck. Glad to see you finally got something good out of this past couple of months.
