Not sure what priming the carb means. And can I jump start my car with another car even if my car has no battery in it? Just attach the jumpers to my positive and negative cables in my car?

Well guys I didnt get her started today. At least shes put back together tho. I tried checking the spark plug but I didnt really get far, cuz I dont know what Im doing. I couldnt get it to spark. My poppop has a plug tester and cleaner, so I think I might just take all 8 out and see if they work on the bench at his house. By the way, when I took the one plug out that i tried to test, it was pretty soaked with fuel it looked like. In all my attempts to get the car started today, I pumped the gas pedal quite a bit. I also sprayed a decent amount of starting fluid in the carb.
Could my cylinders be way too rich to fire up? Since I plan on taking all the plugs out anyways, is there a way I can clean out the cylinders? Maybe start fresh?

Sounds like it was flooded (with fuel). That will go away over night. There shouldn't be any need to clean the plugs, unless if it needed a set of plugs when you started the project.
Another way to check for spark is to pull a plug wire from a spark plug. Insert a flat blade screw driver into the end of the plug wire so the screw driver will make electrical contact with the terminal in the plug wire. Hold the screw driver by the handle in one hand. Hold the plug wire boot in the other, holding pressure to ensure contact between the screw driver and the electric contact in the plug wire boot. Hold the metal portion of the screw driver close (like 1/16") to a ground source on the engine like the end of the spark plug you removed the wire from, or the bolt where the negative battery cable fastens to the alternator bracket and have an assistant turn the engine over. You should have a good blue spark. Avoid touching any part of the car with any part of your body while doing this, so you don't become part of the ground path.
Texas82GP and TURNA, thank you both for you suggestions. I won't have anyone else around the house to help me with the spark plug thing till later this evening, and sadly there are no spare vehicles around for me to take this morning to check my spark plugs on the bench tester. Looks like I need to double check where I plugged the spark plugs wires at on the distributor, and that I need to make sure it's in the right way. Also, the spark plugs shouldn't need replacing. The car ran fine 3 days ago, and had no problems with the spark plugs.
So back when I was putting the distributor back in, if I slid it in when it was turned a little too far clockwise or counter clockwise, it wouldn't even go all the way down and make a flush seal with the hole on the intake where it slides through. It's only flush if I put it in pretty much the way it was when I took it out. Let me go outside and post a pic of what the white rotor looks like, so you guys can see how it looks compared to before I took it out.
Getting closer. Almost embarrassing to say... I forgot a plug that went in the side of the distributor haha. Maybe it's just the timing is off or something now? Maybe there's another plug somewhere else? I'll try to find out
Sounds like timing to me. If the distributor is tightened down, loosen it just enough to rotate it. Shouldn't take much to get it to fire....I'm thinking it needs to be turned counterclockwise(if looking at it from front of car)...someone correct me if wrong but sounds a little bit advanced, and needs to be retarded.
you're getting spark so you will need to adjust the timing. The engine sounds like the timing is retarded. If it's too far advanced it will be hard to turn over. If you have flooded the engine put the pedal to the floor and crank the engine. When it start ease of on the gas pedal slowly
