Updates coming soon! Just spent the day ripping out a 350 rocket from a project car I've had...
What are the specs, looks like some really nice parts added on.

Even with flat top pistons, it will have around 9 to 1 unless the heads were milled. An agressive cam is a good idea with 190cc intake runners. It will need stall and gearing. That motor is screaming for a new 4" billet stroker crank and the 420+ci it brings.

Not sure what you're talking about. But, if you're talking about that olds engine, it doesn't need anything. It did everything I needed it to do. $10k was spent building the drivetrain and it spent a lot of time in the machine shop. I bought the car as a project to flip and sold the engine and th400 trans for twice what I paid for the car. Hence why I was ripping it out. Now, on to more relevant to this build thread stuff like my sbc in my cutlass...

Upgraded my trans cooler mounts from zip ties to hose clamps lol, and degreased the engine compartment. I messed with my idle screws, timing, kickdown cable and secondaries... did a few laps in the hood but need to get it on the highway. I'm trying to get my kickdown more in sync with my secondaries opening up. Measured my vacuum and I'm at 8 hg at idle pretty sure I need to change out my power valve.

Got my head gaskets in, and my poly locks for the new rockers, just waiting on new tall valve covers to arrive, so the only thing standing in the way of doing my head swap might be pushrods. I also have to port match the intake, but I've got one more test drive left for comparison reasons before I swap the heads.

Yea I know. You've been giving people(myself included) sh*t about about non olds powered Oldsmobiles on forums for years. Obviously you haven't been actually following my build on this car, so if you don't mind please keep your biased condescending negativity out of my build thread. Thanks
