What did I buy for my G body today?

Some company in the form of a brother.
This was essentially free from a fellow forum member in Creston BC, paid $2 for it just to make the transfer legal.

Its uglier than a mud fence and rougher than a stucco bathtub, but that’s ok because it sure is slow! 😅
At least the price was right.

SBC 305 with the TH200 transmission. Runs and drives great but the carb needs going through. The body is too far gone on it unfortunately to save, so this will become a part-out to generate some spending scratch for my cars. Only things spoken for on it so far are the back bumper, gauges, and possibly taillights and reverse lights.
All the rest is up for grabs, so hit me up if ya see something ya need.

I’ll do a dedicated post for it in the For Sale section soon.

Trailer hitch!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MINE MINE MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lol
If it’s a bolt on, it’s yours John. But you’re paying the shipping on it! I honestly haven’t even looked under there yet, but if it’s welded on, you’re SOL.
😁

Trunk drops any good?

I saw that deal, smart man to jump on it.

They could be Duke, I really don’t know yet. The weather here sucks donkey balls right now, so I haven’t had a chance to go through it yet. The fronts of the quarters and the rocker panels are shot, but behind the wheel openings look like they might be ok. If they are, I’ll earmark them for you.

Thinking about getting this:

I can have it in and working by next weekend - the track ain't closed yet.
