I know you haven't figured it out yet, but man that thing needs an altitude adjustment! My Cutlass is close to that right now, hopefully it'll come down some once everything is in for the engine...also my drop springs are still basically new with maybe 10 miles on them so they have to settle too.

Took it to a car show at HQQTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But there were no Hooters so now I am home.

🙁

I think that's why Hooters closed around here, they should have called it Donkey's because all the girls that worked there either had a big butt or looked like they were kicked by one in the face.

Thanks, I think I wasted a few minutes just watching that repeat. Might have to go home and watch Just Go With It

And I did do some work on prepping some interior parts for paint, was gonna spray them last night and with the sprained ankle couldn't really look around for my tape to mask off a couple parts. Hopefully will get them sprayed today

I got you one picture of the fulcrum (had to look up the name of the part). The rest of the stuff is in the car, I didn't think you wanted a picture of my enlarged hole.....😎

i suppose you will heat it up? how did you get that out of the shifter plate?

i suppose you will heat it up? how did you get that out of the shifter plate?

first you remove the seal on the bottom of the shifter, from the top there is a plate on each side of the shifter installed with 2 torx head bolts on each plate. There are double springs under each plate that put pressure on the two arms which sit in slots which gives you the resistance when shifting. Remove the springs and there is a seat for the springs. You pull the fulcrum up so you can grab the seats and then pull the fulcrum out. Instsallation is just the reverse except you have to grease the two arms. It's not complicated at all. I plan to put it back together tomorrow nite so if you want I'll try to get some more pictures
