Perfect and yea I don’t use then end seals only RTV ultra black and thanks about the timing cover so the only way it can leak is the gasket not the bolts?

Swapped out OEM 9.5*2" drum brakes for some 12" 4th Gen F-BODY disc.. hub to hub width widened enough I could ditch the spacers..
Used 12" 3/8" banjo to 3/8-24 IF Ss braided line #657310... Should have gotten 14" instead..
Chopped the brake hose/parking brake cable bracket up and re-purposed it..
Make new bracket for parking brake lines too
Need to completely redo the brake lines from when my 20yo self orginally did that hack job.. lol
Right now you can't undo the lower caliper bolt and flip the caliper up to change pads.. have to pull it completely off.. learning curve and something to adjust laterThe 14" is a pain though, probably more then enough functionality out of those to justify going bigger
I assume the control arm is in the way? How close is it?Right now you can't undo the lower caliper bolt and flip the caliper up to change pads.. have to pull it completely off.. learning curve and something to adjust later
Hose isn't long enough to allow the caliper to swing out.I assume the control arm is in the way? How close is it?
Hard to tell what the pic is....explain.Well, this sucks.
Looks whatever money I get back from the Monte is not going towards other mods.
