Kilcare was great time but HOT!! The best of the best were there. We were there with our friend, and yes that's the Jegs crew we were pitted one away from(pic) Disc Dean(Ohio Street Outlaws) was there and actually won the Saturday event. We didn't fair too well - we were own worst enemy. Never got past 3rd round - 2 double O red lights AND A .002 breakout. Should have won the dash for the cash, .009 package won and we were .002 on the tree and broke out by .001. One lousy thousands of a second.

Balls deep in the reassembly process. New trans bearings in, new main bearings, new crank, all seals, and piston are put back together. New plastics to be put on soon.

I was expecting that your living room table would be your workbench....😛

Is a garden a project?

Picked my first non GMO, gluten free, free trade approved, low carb, all organic, local grown, BST free, low carbon footprint cucumber out of the fence full of weeds I call a garden last night. Picked the radishes a few weeks back and some zuchinni last week.

And my god do I have tomatoes. I don't even like tomatoes, my fiance does so thats the only reason they got planted. They are like 4ft tall and I have 12 plants.

put my junk to work on a "shake down" tonight. Everything else works but the boom down works 1x out of 20. Figure its a break in the sheathing somewhere.... next is to get the gennie working so I have a backup pump in case the truck stalls out whilst I am 30' up LOL

Finally got around to installing and bleeding the front brake calipers on my 68 Cougar that I rebuilt over a month ago. Eyeballed the front end alignment with the newly installed TCP front suspension components, and pushed it back into the corner of the shop while I turn my attention to my G-Wagon which needs some work while I'm between sports seasons with the Two Terrors.

I started getting the 67 ready for the OCA Nationals race night 8/3 at Mason Dixon. Ima whoop some resto-nerd aaaaayuss. The carb was way fat at idle, and i had to check the bronze distributor gear for wear. I think the gear will make it another oil change. (Don't put an HV oil pump on a bronze gear, kids) I had to care for my timing light first.

Once I started it, I had a pisser on the carb

Luckily, the fitting just needed a little tightening. Started it up to find 10in/hg of vacuum at idle; I'd swear it was 14 before. Cranked the idle screws in to get it back to 14. Damn, these Demons are finicky!!!!
Gotta change the oil and throw the drag radials on ,and I'm track ready...
