I put a few more miles on it yesterday seem an old friend in the morning he was working on his square body. The yesterday afternoon took the family to a BBQ at a friend's house. Of course today I've got a flat tire on the left front. My home air compressor is broken so I guess today I'm fixing that to fill a tire and find a leak actually 2 because the right front on the cutlass went flat also.

Works for me. Editing the Rats with Antlers population is always a worthwhile endeavour. Around here they eat pine and spruce and you know there are deer around as the trees that survived being saplings are missing their lower growth to about a height of 8-10 feet up the trunk. Miserable critters will actually walk up to the tree and rear back on their hind legs to get the reach to forage the lower stems. Use a silencer and you can knock one down and the rest will stand there in the equivalent of "Duh, Bambi fall down moments and then go back to killing saplings.

get the same thing here, except we also have some dumbesses who feed them also....in subdivisions!

but yeah, we have some evergreen about 6ft across in our side yard, they did this to them eating whatever they could reach, except they also ate the twigs and some of the trunk. they are destructive

If i had that problem id put out some petunias or begonias laced with heavy metals in the spring time. End of local issues.

Cant do it in the fall, you wouldn't want someone to shoot one and eat it before they keeled over.

Well all I did today it rig up an air compressor and a line. Put air in the truck tire and the cutlass tire then tried to watch a movie with the wife and fell asleep. I'm probably going to take a ride to jersey diesel and see if he's ready for me. I need that economy tune because this thing is being kinda hard on fuel my average button is saying about 12.5 and I used to get 19-20 around town.

This one has been on the bench for a while. It's a Stihl 066 that I did a complete rebuild on. Case powdercoated, new crank bearings and seals, new piston and rings, all new plastics and rubber pieces. I went all OEM with this one so no Chinese parts. I finished the short block a while ago but I didn't touch it again until this morning. It's still missing a couple screws but its 99% together. It's ready to fire up but I've got to get some E free gas first.

Clean, I guess I'll have to post up my 461 here when I get done with it, almost there. :)

Changed the oil and roatated the tires on the woman's car, took my Z06 out for a little drive. Nice day here.

Stuck a new blower motor in the 1500 and cleaned the AC core the best I could.

Didn't really seem different when I fired it up, but after I got moving it became apparent that the truck was cooling itself a good bit more than before. Plus the blower speed didn't change up and down like it used to. Seems like a win so far.

Took the Elky out Friday night to see how she would run, ran just fine until I literally got it to pulling into my sisters driveway as she was pulling up at the same time. Stalled out a few times trying to back it back into its home, planning on getting some octane booster and bringing a few gallons of 93 to put in before I start it again to see if that helps

Got the 066 fired up today, got it tuned as best I can without having it in a log. Redlines at about 13000 rpm. Found a few before pictures too.
