Poutine is a Quebecoise/Francaise/N'Awleens thing. The further west you go, the less it seems to appear. Couple of the fast food joints offer what they call "poutine" but they also think hamburger patties ought to be square and pressure cook the chicken before tossing it into a bucket of screaming hot cooking lard to make it look authentic.No, its pretty rare actually.
