i wonder who makes the 'Summit' unit for them?
Scary....
The Summit unit is a budget setup - the cheapest SFI LS balancer I could find when I bought it. The ATI has a service life as well. They recommend an annual rebuild (whatever that entails) for over 800HP. I don't know of anyone that is rebuilding one at my HP level annually. I'm hoping to get 5+ years out of it. Who'd a thunk that a damper has a service life???

FINALLY ordered my rear shock brace from UMI. Been drooling for years for one. Finally able to pull the trigger after my $100 gift card and the total loss of my old daily. Hopefully I can get the matching upper to lower control arm stiffener soon too.:banana::banana:

2 of the tires came. I hate how fedex delivers the order on different days.

Within the last week I finally started picking up some parts for the Monte again after leaving it idle for a bit. Got the Jegs crossmember for dual exhaust, couldnt beat the sales prices of $105. Also got the mount for the trans and also a new starter.

Picked up a center console from a newer Impala as well and have been cleaning it up. I’ll replace the arm rest with a black leather one once i find it, the junk yard only had this grey color. I’m loving having a cup holder too! Especially one that will fit my Yeti tumbler. I painted the chrome trim a flat black as well. Eventually Id like to install with a B&M Quicksilver shifter.

On my way to pick up T5 manual trans from a S10. I am going to seperate the S10 tailshift from the S10 trans. And, then use the S10 tailshaft on my V8 Camaro 26 spline T5. Allowing the shifter to be moved forward into a better spot for my EC.
