Very nice what kinda lights you use? I just seen the Holley retrobrights the other day and I might try those out when I’m ready.(eventually)
Actually went with glass housings from js_power on Ebay then went with Aukee led 50watt bulbs from Amazon, they plug right in no need to rewire...

Saw those new Holley 4x6's after I ordered all my stuff.. They are nice and I wouldn't mind getting them but they are pretty pricey...

That's dedication to find the 'right' tree right there o_O
To be fair I was pretty picky as well and this place was massive,at least 50-60 acres with different type trees to choose from.

Just finished putting trans and motor together. Easiest job with no clutch in the way haha now to moch up and see where I need to make cuts to tunnel. Hopefully next week if things don’t comes up like they always seem to.

Test fit the wheels. Rears fit perfect and has room for a wider tire. These are a 275/40/18 on a 10.5 wheel. Pretty sure I can fit a 285 maybe even 295. I do need to drop the rear just haven’t decided on what spring to use.
The fronts will get put back on later I need an alignment as it sits it’s 0* of camber with a camber it needs and the 5660s I need to install it’ll clear just fine.

Drove 1.5hr to a farm in SC took easily over 2hrs to pick the “perfect “ tree.
Another 1.5hr back home. I love driving this thing so much. I can’t wait to put the other wheels so I actually hit the corners a little harder. View attachment 187768
