When welding cast, you have to preheat it, or it will crack. I have never had luck with it, but if you go to miller.com, I'm sure the guys on the forum can help you out with it.

Rather modest if you ask me. I think people running the country should be doing it for little more than the average annual full time pay for a skilled trade. That and because they love their country so much.
