decided to actually hook up the wiring to the 200-4r for the lockup. i got the wires layed out in the engine bay, found a good spot to place the vacuum thingy, on top of the EGR block off plate, and then figured out the wireing from the old switch to some weird harnis, plugged in the plug to the trans, and then i got rained out :x . so now i gotta do this tomorrow before werk or wait till it stops raining.
let us know how it works for ya...i hooked mine up, but its not locking all the time and sometimes it wont unlock...TCI junk....Im gonna get a non lockup converter if I cant figure out why its doing this....

not today but on sunday i finally got my transmission done. got up in the car and everything is hooked up. started her up and put her in gear and nothing happened........ checked pressures and made sure fluid was flowing. pulled it out and figured out it was my converter. don't know why i didn't catch it. new converter shipped today hopefully itll be running this weekend.

did ya check yer linkage, the part on mine where it connects to the shifter *ss. itself came un done and it didnt shift like it was broken. if the tube that goes around the linkage can move with the cable as you shift, its not gonna do anything.

sounds more like the solenoid is sticking..I used the TCI kit when I had the 200 4r and it worked flawlessly for me

installed the new harmonic balancer and picked up a new pulley...

Finally fixed that wobbly sounding noise coming from the rear end. I started chasing it almost two years ago after I got the car.I threw a set of spiders at it, & replaced u-joints/rebalanced drive shaft.I thought It was in the carrier or pinion. The solution was actually in replacing the (original) axle bearings. I just bit the bullet & went with bearing relocaters. It's a good thing I went into it as there was seep out of the left tube. The shoes were not happy. There's still lining, but barely. I just had to go with it. I cleaned everything up and adjusted the shoes out. Good to go!
I also replaced the (also original) steering idler.. All of this wraps up replacing the lower control arm bushings, sway bar end links,& blown shocks. I am happy with the result...Thankfully the 4x4 stance settled out a bit.

checked that and also did it manually at the transmission to make sure. I'm not using any electronics in the transmission. new converter comes today we will see what happens.

Fired it up for the first time in almost two weeks, suprised me that the battery wasn't dead, drove it to work. 8)

next time wait for three weeks and then maybe the battery will be dead so you'll have to take the day off..

I changed the fuel pump rod for the correct one for a roller cam that has a brass tip, those light pump rods are nice cause they stay in place with a bit of grease..and later today I'm picking up my 55 watt hid bixenon kit

 If I could only use that as an excuse, not sure it would fly with the boss since he knows I have a fleet to choose from, hahaha. Drove it to work again today.

put the new converter in. got the trans back up and bolted in and the crossmember and driveshaft in. calling it for the night. tomorow after work i will do the torque converter bolts, hook up the transmission lines, linkage, fill with fluid and hook the exhaust back up. then take her out for a beat, after a break in period of course.......
