Now you know how body men feal lol
I believe it! I've come to the conclusion I have no desire to be a bodyguy! I will do it for my car, or cars that my brother n law and myself are working on, but unless the $$$ was right I'm not venturing out!

The screwey part is I'm actually pretty good with the feel of sanding to not gouge, and I tend to be a perfectionist with stuff like this....kind of a bad problem to have as it takes me longer than it probably should because i don't wanna settle for less than AWESOME!!!

It takes patience and a keen eye-neither of which I possess. Seems you do, and it shows.

Edit: I hope when all of this detail is on the car and complete that you get some nice detail pictures up really showing the level of quality in those details. In pictures many cars look good from 20' but it's when you really get up close that you appreciate the time and efforts.

Oh i can assure you as well as the other guys that many pictures will be snapped once it's painted, as well as through the reassembly process!!!

I was told the cutlass would be getting moved back into the shop to be re prepped for color.... I'm waiting to hear back from my bodyguy/painter to see when that is going to happen.

Here's the money shots guys! The paint was curing quick and i didn't want any to lift, so i meticulously untaped them. Overall, I'm super happy again, another part checked off the to-do list!!!!

Awesome work buddy! The polishing has them looking like new. Looking at that taping job, you must have been hanging out with my brother!

Thanks Jared! The foam polishing pad on my drill makes a world of difference and knocking the lettering off adds that little subtle touch I believe.

There is something about taping off parts that kicks my OCD into full throttle! As you know, it's time consuming, but when done properly the results speak for themselves!

Ok one question when are you coming to Jersey to do mine?
Eric, I'm sure we could work something out. Take care of the airfare or rental, a couch to crash and a couple weeks notice so i can schedule off and I would hit the road!

Hmmmm, travelling restoration modification in this great nation;)!!!

Earlier my dad called me the Lens Crafter lol!!!
